Physical Installation
1.
Determine the location where fixture will be mounted. Be sure you
have chosen the correct model for the application. The HT models are
specifically designed to be mounted upside down in a hanging
position. The non HT models should only be used for upright
mounting. If you do not have the correct model, please return it in
exchange for the appropriate type.
2.
Remove the mounting bracket from the floodlight by loosening and
removing the tilt adjust nut and bolt.

3.
Identify mounting location
and drill a ½” (12mm)
mounting hole.
4.
Remove the lock nut, split
washer and nut from the
12mm mounting bolt (sold
separately) and pass the
12mm mounting bolt through
the mounting bracket and
mounting hole. Secure the
bracket with the nut, split
washer and lock nut.
Surface mount installation
3.
Identify mounting location
and drill 4 pilot holes for #8
self-tapping fasteners. Use
the mounting bracket as a
template for these holes.
4.
Secure the mounting bracket
with four #8 self-tapping
fasteners.
5.
Attach the floodlight to the mounting bracket by passing the tilt adjust
bolt through the bracket, spring washer, light housing, spring washer,
bracket, split washer and nut.
6.
Set the tilt height and tighten the Tilt Adjust Nut.
Wiring Instructions
1.
Before making wiring connections, be sure the power is off!
2.
Connect the white wire from your PowerLED Floodlight to DC (+).
3.
Connect the black wire from your PowerLED Floodlight to DC (–).
4.
Turn the power to the light on.
