KEY BEHALF FUNCTION
Key name Function
START This button is used to start the current program.
STOP This button is used to stop the current program.
SPEED+ and SPEED-
1. These buttons are used to adjust the speed of the treadmill during
workout.
2. These buttons are also used to adjust the values when setting up
your workout.
and INCLINE-
These buttons are used to adjust the incline of the treadmill during
workout.
PROG. This button is used to cycle through to the desired program.
ENTER This button is used to enter value of program mode.
COOL DOWN This button is used select workout "cool down mode".
