STEP 5 (See Diagram 5)  

 

A.) Remove the four Allen Bolts (#15), four Spring Washers (#16), two Flat Washers 

(#17), and two Curved Washers (#18) from the Handlebar (#7). 

B.) Attach the Handlebar to the front post of Main Frame (#1). Secure it with two Allen 

Bolts (#15), two Spring Washers (#16), and two Flat Washers (#17) from the sides. 
Then secure it with two Allen Bolts (#15), two Spring Washers (#16), and two 
Curved Washers (#18) from the back.
