7. TROuBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible cause and solution

No connection to the
network, or flashing
blue or red light

Bad audio quality

Power off the device. Wait 5 seconds
Power on the device again.

Please check the bitrate of the stream
or music you send to the device. We rec-
ommend a mp3 bitrate of 192 Kbt/s or
higher.

No correct function

Hold the reset button on device pressed
for about 6 seconds. Start new network
search.
