Functions Explained in Detail 

Auto operation 

1.

 

Press the 

MODE

 button to select 

AUTO

2.

 

Press the 

TEMP

 buttons (

UP

 or 

DOWN

) to set the desired temperature.  The temperature can be 

set within a range of 62°F - 88°F (17°C - 30°C) in 2°F (1°C) increments.  

3.

 

Press the 

ON/OFF

 button to start the air conditioner. 

Notes: 
1.

 

In AUTO mode, the air conditioner can logically choose between the Cooling, Fan and 
Dehumidifying (Dry) modes by sensing the difference between the actual ambient room 
temperature and the set temperature on the remote controller. 

2.

 

In AUTO mode, you cannot change the fan speed; it will be automatically adjusted. 

3.

 

If you are not comfortable when using the Auto mode, just choose your desired mode manually.  
 

Cooling/Fan operation 

1.

 

Press the 

MODE

 button to select 

COOL

 or 

FAN

 mode. 

2.

 

Press the 

TEMP

 buttons (

UP

 or 

DOWN

) to set the desired temperature.  The temperature can be 

set within a range of 62°F - 88°F (17°C - 30°C) in 2°F (1°C) increments.  (COOL mode only.) 

3.

 

Press the 

FAN SPEED

 button to select one of four settings:  AUTO -> LOW -> MED -> HIGH. (AUTO 

shows no indicator on the display.) 

4.

 

Press the 

ON/OFF 

button to start the air conditioner. 

 

Note: 
In the fan mode, the temperature setting is not displayed since your will not able to control the 
temperature.   

Dehumidifying operation 

1.

 

Press the 

MODE

 button to select 

DRY

 mode. 

2.

 

Press the 

ON/OFF

 button to start the air conditioner. 

 

Notes:  

1.

 

In the Dehumidifying mode, you cannot change the fan speed.  It will be automatically controlled.  

2.

 

While you can appear to adjust the temperature on the remote during DRY mode, it will have no 
effect on the air conditioner display or its operation. 
 

Swing operation 

Use the 

SWING

 button to control the Up/Down airflow. 

1.

 

Press this button once to activate the auto-swing feature.  The louver will oscillate slowly up and 

down. 

2.

 

Pressing this button again will pause the louver in the current position and turn off the auto-swing 

feature.  

3.

 

Press again to resume the auto-swing function.
