SPEED DEFROST
1. Press the
SPEED DEFROST
button.
2. Enter the desired defrosting time by using the number buttons. The maximum cooking time
you can set is 99 minutes and 99 seconds).
3. Press the
START/STOP
button.
NOTE:
During the defrosting program, the cooking process will pause and emit beeps to
remind user to turn food over. Press the
START/STOP
button to resume the defrosting pro-
cess.
• After setting the speed defrost routine, the oven can be programmed to automatically
switch to one or two-stage cooking.
• For speed defrost and one stage cooking, follow the steps above. Before pressing the
START/STOP
button, press the
COOK
button. Enter the desired time and power level and
then press the
START/STOP
button.
• For speed defrost and two stage cooking, follow the steps above. Before pressing the
START/STOP
button, enter the second-stage cooking program and then press the
START/
STOP
button.
COOK BY WEIGHT
1. Press the
COOK BY WEIGHT
button.
2. Enter the one digit code by pressing the correct number
buttons (1~3).
3. Press the number buttons to enter weight.
4. Press the
START/STOP
button.
NOTE:
To use the Cook By Weight feature, the meat must
be defrosted and at refrigerated temperature and the settings are based on weight in pounds
and ounces. Ounce weights of less than 10 must be preceded by a 0. If the product is labeled in
pounds only, change the fraction of a pound to ounces using the following chart:
