Gas valve Honeywell VK 4105.
Setting maximum pressure
(NIKE Mini).
Draw some domestic hot water after having set its temperature
(using the keys on the panel)
on maximum.
Turn the brass nut (3) clockwise to increase pressure to the
burner and counter clockwise to reduce it.
Setting maximum pressure
(NIKE Mini S).
Using the keys on the panel, set central heating temperature on
maximum after having set ignition ramp timer on minimum
(see integrated board programming)
or, if there is an external
storage tank, draw some domestic hot water after having set
the temperature on maximum
(using the keys on the panel).
Turn the brass nut (3) clockwise to increase pressure to the
burner and counter clockwise to reduce it.
Setting minimum pressure
(for all models)
(to be done after setting maximum pressure).
After turning power off to the modulating coil, turn the brass
nut (2) clockwise to increase pressure to the burner and in the
opposite direction to reduce it.
Converting the gas type.
There are special kits for adapting to a type of gas different
from the standard one the boilers are intended for
(natural
gas or LPG)
.
Conversion consists in changing the burner nozzles and
modifying the programmable “P1” parameter on the p.c.b.
(see integrated board programming)
.
Minimum and maximum d.h.w. pressures are then set on the
gas valve in the way described above.
Minimum and maximum output in the central heating mode
are set via parameters
(see integrated board operation)

Burner ignition pressure is not to be set
because the particular
way the board works
does not require this type of calibration
