SWITCHING OFF AND DISCONNECTING
Set the temperature selector (6) at position ‘O’ to switch off the underblanket, then take the
plug out of the socket (3).
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The underblanket is washable. Check the washing symbols on the label to ensure it is
washed correctly.
WARNING! Always disconnect the appliance from the
mains and disconnect the control unit connector from the
underblanket before cleaning or performing maintenance.
BEFORE WASHING
• Take the plug of the control unit cable out of the mains socket (3).
• Press the grip levers at the sides of the control unit connector (2)to detach it from the
underblanket connector (1).
CLEANING IN THE WASHING MACHINE
• The underblanket can be cleaned in the washing machine at 30°C, on a delicate cycle.
• Use only the delicate cycle for spinning. DO NOT make an additional spinning cycle.
DRYING IN THE TUMBLE DRYER
• The underblanket can be dried in a tumble dryer, using a delicate cycle, but it must
then be spread out in the fresh air to dry it completely.
• Dry the underblanket in a tumble dryer, at a moderate temperature.
• At the end of the drying cycle, remove the underblanket from the tumble dryer and
spread it out, giving it back its original shape and size.
• Leave the underblanket spread out on a clothes airer to dry it completely.
DRYING IN THE OPEN AIR
• The underblanket must be stretched back to approximately its orginal size during the
drying process. This is best done whilst damp, working from side to side, stretching a piece
at a time. This procedure may need to be repeated a few times until full dry.
• Only use the underblanket when it’s thoroughly dry.
WARNING! Examine the appliance against the light to make sure
the cables are not bent or twisted.
