Example 2: When you set the start transferring time for 7:00 and set the end
transferring time for 19:00 everyday, enter as following display.
Example 3: When you set the start day for Tuesday, and set the end day for
Friday, enter as following display.
Example 4: When you want to transfer the received document always regard-
less of time setting, enter as following display.

Automatic printing determines whether the machine will print a document
automatically upon receiving it:
On:
A copy of every received document is printed at your machine. Then
the machine will transfer the documents to the specified fax machine.
Off:
The machine transfers the received documents after the reception is
completed, but it is not print the received documents.
Note: If the security reception (pages 3.52–3.53) is activating, the machine
dose not print received document regardless of this setting. And the
machine will not transfer it until it is printed out.

Use the numeric keypad to enter the number of redials you want.
If you want to override the 127 limit in order to keep redialing until the
remote fax machine receives, enter 000.
Note: This redial setting is effective only for the Remote copy feature. It is
not effective for redial attempt of normal communication.

Note: If you entered the time period in steps 6–8 and it is in the time period
now, “TF (Timed Forwarding)” will appear on the

Override the time period for transferring
The time period you entered (in steps 6–8 on pages 3.20–3.21) can be overridden.
When you assign a Soft Key to “Over-Ride” (see “Soft Keys” on page 3.16), you can
transfer the received documents at anytime by pressing the Soft Key regardless of
the time period.
When you pressed the Soft Key assigned to “Over-Ride” in order to set it to On, the
LCD
will show:
“FF” means “Fax Forwarding.” While this
LCD
appears, your machine will transfer
the received documents to the specified fax machine.
When you want to set it to Off, press the Soft Key again.
Printing a Remote copy list
This list includes Forwarding mode, Remote fax’s number where you want docu-
ments to be transferred, Time period and Auto print setting.
To print a remote copy list, press Program key,
