Using The Camera

Ikôn Rugged PDA (Windows Mobile 6.1) User Manual

Keep in mind that if there are no pictures stored on your Ikôn as yet, you’ll only see the

Camera

icon in this screen.

•

Tap on the

Camera icon

to activate the camera.

The screen will display the image your camera is pointed at. (The camera is built into the
back of the Ikôn.)

•

Frame the image in the Ikôn screen. Press

[ENTER]

to snap the photograph.

Photo Menu

When the camera is activated, tapping on

Menu

displays a set of commands to help you

modify how your camera operates, the quality of the photos it takes, and so on. You can also
use this menu to activate the video recorder rather than the still camera.

Photo File Icon
Indicates the camera
is active.

Tapping on this softkey
displays thumbnails of
photos stored on the Ikôn.
