1. Assembling the arches
a) Assemble middle arch (7) to both ends of a center arch (4).
b) Position roof crossbar (5) in place and fasten with 45mm screws and wing nuts.
2. Assembling the door end
a) Assemble end corner arch (3) to the left side of the center arch (4).
b) Position roof crossbar (5) in place and fasten with 45mm screws and wing nuts. Note! The wing nuts come always
on the inside of the carport.
c) Join door rails (9) and (10) together, then slide the door rail hooks onto the rail. Fasten other end of the door rail
(9) to the end corner arch (3) with 45mm screws and wing nuts.
d) Assemble another end corner arch (3) to the right side of the center arch (4) and fasten the other end of the door
rail (10) to the end corner arch (3) with 45mm screws and wing nuts.
3. Assembling the sides
a) Insert end vertical tubes (1) into the ends of both end arches and fasten with screws and wing nuts. Refer to pic-
ture on the previous page when assembling the sides.
b) Insert middle vertical tubes (2) into the ends of middle arches and fasten with screws and wing nuts.
c) Position connection tubes (8) and (11) in place and fasten with 75mm screws and wing nuts.
d) Position diagonal bars (6) in place and fasten with 75mm screws and wing nuts.
e) Make sure that the cross-measures from corner to corner are exactly the same.
4. Assembling the roof tarpaulin
a) Place the roof tarpaulin in front of the carport as illustrated in the picture below. Note! Fastening rings of the tar-
paulin come on the inside of the carport.
b) Unfold the tarpaulin as illustrated and lift it on the carport.
c) Position the tarpaulin carefully and evenly in place.
d) Secure the tarpaulin to connection tubes (8) and (11) with tarpaulin fasteners so that the roof tarpaulin will tighten
against the frame. Make left and right side of the tarpaulin equally long.
e) Inside the roof tarpaulin ends are two ropes. Tighten these ropes so that the roof end will come down and cover
the frame. Use enough strength while tightening and tighten the front and rear ends equally long.
f) Position anchoring brackets over the connection tubes (8) and (11) and anchor them to the ground by pushing the
anchoring pegs crosswise from both sides of the brackets as illustrated in the picture below.
