PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE DAMAGE
TO PROPERTY AND/OR SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY. KEEP THIS INSTRUCTION
MANUAL SAFE FOR FUTURE USE.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Do not exceed the rated capacity. Overloading may cause damage to the lever hoist.

Do not drop or throw the lever hoist. It may damage the appliance and result an injury
when the appliance is used next time.

Do not drag the chain over the sharp edges or corners. When tightening goods in
transport, the block must be applied along a straight line parallel to the surface it is rest-
ing on.

Do not use electrical devices with the manual hoists.

Do not try to repair a damaged chain but replace it with a new one. Only use by the ma-
nufacturer accepted chain.

Do not use chain or hooks for grounding of the welding device. Never touch the lever
hoist with welding electrodes.

Always keep the chain properly lubricated with high-quality oil and make sure to protect
the chain from weld splatter or other substances that may damage the chain.

Never lubricate the brake discs. They have to be kept dry.

The lever hoist should not be exposed to rain and moisture.

Do not place hands or feet under the load during lifting.

Never lift loads over people. Do not let anyone walk under the load and warn the people
nearby before lifting.

Do not use the lever hoist for lifting people.

Stop lifting if the moving force suddenly grows and find the reason for this behaviour.

Place the load properly to the hook. Never lift with the hook tip.

Do not use the chain as a sling. Center the load.

Move the lever smoothly and carefully.

Extreme temperatures may affect the lever hoist durability. In ambient temperatures be-
low 0
˚
C the load must be lifted and lowered extremely slowly.

Lift the load first slightly above the surface and check the lever hoist functionality before
continuing.
