Mounting Instructions:
1. Turn panel face-down.
2. Seat keypad into the panel with back facing up. Seat the
keypad in the mounting cutout one edge at a time.
3. Apply silicone adhesive [IKEY recommends SuperFlex by Loctite]
to back side of silicone overlay (keypad)
-a small amount should be applied to the the ridges
between every other key and on each row.
-be sure not to drop silicone on any key contacts

5. Place the PCB (circut board) onto the panel studs , ensuring
that no adhesive is misplaced on a key switch.
7. When the board is in place, allow it to fall onto the keypad.
8. Spread the keypad to be sure it is well seated on all four sides.
You may need to look at other side of panel to assure there
are no gaps in the corners.
9. Tighten hex nuts until keypad is just
SLIGHTLY
compressed
between panel and PCB.
