MY COMPUTER HAS NO INTERNET ACCESS THROUGH THE MOBIIHOTSPOT 4G - WHAT
SHOULD I DO?
Work through these steps to troubleshoot Internet access:
1.
Check that your computer is properly connected to the MobiiHotspot 4G.
2.
Check that your MobiiHotspot 4G is powered on.
3.
Check that your MobiiHotspot 4G is in an area that’s covered by the 4G network, and check your
signal strength.
4.
Check your settings for your operator network type.

5.
Check your PPP user name and password. For details, see

6.
Check your DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) settings. For details, see

Check that your computer’s network adapter is working.
