Diagnosis 

Possible reason

USB 2.0 device without 

function. 

No USB 2.0 device connected 

  Check the cable to the USB 2.0 device. 

  Connect a USB 2.0 device. 

  Contact your distributor if necessary. 

The USB 2.0 device is not 

supported 

  Check the installation of the USB 2.0 device 

and the necessary drivers at the CPU. 

  New connection of the USB 2.0 device. 

  Contact your distributor if necessary. 

No connection between 

CPU Unit and source 

available. 

  Check the connection of the USB cable to 

the source, select another USB port if 

necessary. 

  Remove the USB and power cables, first 

connect the power cable, then connect the 

USB cable, and restart the CPU Unit.
