]FanandAltematorBelts

 匪nspect

1.Stoptheengine.

2.Opentheaccessdoorontherearofthemachine.

3.Inspecttheconditionandadjustmentofthebelts.

Ifthebeltaredamaged,replacethem.

4.Tocheckthebelttension,apPlya98N(10kgf)

force,pushthebeltinwardbyhandmidway

betweenthepulieys.Correctlyadjustedbettswill

deflect10to15mm.

●ToAdjust

1.Toadlustthebelts,loosenmountingbolts①and

bracketbolt②.

2.Movecomponentinoroutasrequiredtoobtain

 thecorrectadlustment、

3.Tightenbolts①and②.

4.CIosetheaccessdoor.

NOTE

IfnewbeltsareinstalIed,checkthebelt

adjustmentagainafter30minutesofengine

operationatratedspeed.

Replacebeltsinmatchedsetsonly.
