
To check electricity (KWH) usage:
Press the
Electricity
button once.
0:00
(Kilowatt hours) will display on the LDC panel and you will hear a single beep.
The Volt(o) indicator will light up in the centre panel.(voltage)
The
Electricity
lcd will display a red light.
If you press the Electricity button a
second time
, U229 – U232 Volts will be displayed depending on which
cooking function is being used at the time.
Pressing the voltage a
third time
will clear the KWH reading and display will reset and start at 0:00.
To calculate electricity usage:
Multiply the units displayed (THE DIGITS DISPLAYED ON CENTRE LCD AFTER PRESSING THE ELECTRICITY
BUTTON ONCE) by your local municipalities cost per KW unit.
If viz; the LCD display shows 0:20 then the actual usage will be
0.20 (usage) x R1.50c (approx municipality cost per KW unit) = R0.30c
.
To switch OFF:
Press the
ON OFF
button once whereby cooker will switch off immediately.
Alternately you can remove your pot whereby cooker switches itself off after 30 seconds.
Nothing will display on the LDC panel and you will hear a single beep.
To extend your GTB2 Induction Cookers lifespan,
please
switch off
at the wall plug or remove plug from wall outlet when not in use.
TIP: TO QUICKLY SET THE OPTIONS AND TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF THE TOUCHPADS, KEEP YOUR FINGER
ON THE UP OR DOWN ARROW BUTTON AND ADJUSTMENT WILL SCROLL AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT
HAVING TO KEEP PRESSING THE UP OR DOWN BUTTON.
