Symptom

Remedy

The devices do not connect to the W-DMX trans‐

mitter or do not response to the W-DMX signal.

Check whether 

‘Wireless DMX’

 is selected in the 

‘DMX Signal Select’

 menu. Reset

the connection by performing a reset in the 

‘Reset Wireless DMX Memory’

 menu.

The devices must then be reassigned to the transmitter by pressing the 

[Link]

button on the transmitter.

The device does not respond or only with a

delay to the W-DMX signal.

Check the transmission mode of the W-DMX transmitter. Test the connection

with the G5, G4S or G3 mode (if possible). Please note that the W-DMX must be

reset on all devices after changing the transmitter.
