burner is still switched on.
If the burner is not switched on any more, it means that the thermo-
couple is too distant from the flame produced by the burner itself.
In
ATTACHMENT 7 the figure shows the ideal distance of the thermo-
couple and the way to adjust it.
8) Place the lava rock on the grill trying to form one layer. In ATTACHMENT 8
the figure shows how to place the lava rock neatly on the grill.
The lava rock supplied with the Machine is sufficient for your Grill. 2
(two) lava rock bags must be used for each 40x50 cm module. Do not
make use of any other lava rock besides that already provided, since this could
cause irreversible damage to your machine and lead to a very poor quality
cooking.
9) Place the grooved grill in the right position.
In ATTACHMENT 9 the figure shows how to put the grill in place.
CLEANING
For a longer-lasting Grill, it is essential to clean it frequently and accurately, in order
to remove any possible encrustation, use hot water and detergent only.
Moreover, it is important to clean frequently and carefully all final parts of instantane-
ous piezomechanical ignition devices, by rubbing them with emery paper of medium
graininess.
