• Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged. Do
not replace the power cord or any other parts yourself.
• The appliance should not be used if it has been dropped or if there are
visible signs of damage.
• This appliance is for household indoor use only. Never use it outdoors.
• Before moving or attempting to clean the appliance, unplug and allow
it to cool down completely.
• The appliance should not be placed directly in front of or below a
fixed power socket.
• The use of an extension lead is not recommended, as overheating of
the extension lead may occur during appliance operation.
• This appliance is specifically designed to be wall-mounted, and should
not be used as a freestanding appliance.
• The appliance must be used with the warm air vent facing downwards.
• No part of this appliance (except the pull cord) should be touched
with wet hands, or by persons in the bath or shower.
• Do not install this appliance on a flammable surface.
• Before drilling holes for installation of this appliance, check that there
are no pipes or cables hidden behind the wall.
• When mounting this appliance, ensure that the unit is securely fixed to
a strong wall and it is safely connected to a mains socket.
• Ensure the mains lead is kept away from the hot body of the appliance.
• Do not cover or obstruct any of the heat outlet or air intake grilles of
the appliance.
• Do not insert objects through the heat outlet or air intake grilles of
the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance in areas where flammable liquids are stored
or where flammable fumes may be present.
• When the appliance is turned on for the first time, or after having
being unused for a long period, the unit may emit a strong smell. This is
normal and will disappear after a short while.
