Using your Radiator for the First Time

Ensure you are in a well ventilated area during this time as the heater will give off a “new” smell. This is
completely normal.
Mounting the Castors
• Ensure that the radiator is
unplugged and cold.
• Carefully turn the radiator
upside down.
• Remove the wing nut from
one U-bolt and loop
the bolt around the last
part of the central tubular
section of the radiator.

• Fold both parts around the central tubular section of the radiator and push the threaded part of the

• Repeat the same with the other castor carrier bracket.
• Turn the radiator back to the upright position checking for free and even movement of the castors.
Adjust if needed as above.

Allow the oil to settle for 5 minutes before using the radiator and the surface it’s sitting on.
