12. OVEN USE
When the stove is running, the oven will continue to warm up to a certain point.
The oven temperature can be controlled in manual and automatic mode.
In automatic mode, the oven temperature can be monitored by the thermostat
in the oven cover glass. In manual mode, the oven can be used in accordance
with the following power ratings.
The temperatures in the tables are approximate and vary depending on the type
of pellet burnt and frequency of flue gas temparature.
The temperature may fall by about 20/30 °C if food is put i nto the oven.
It is recommended to periodically turn the baking tray or the food during
cooking to allow a homogenous baking of the food in the oven.
