ATTENTION
During set-up, do not screw in the unit too deeply to avoid
mechanical damage to the unit, piston rod and cylinder.
For mounting with a fixed end stop, use units from the M9H series.

Make sure that the piston rod is in
the end position to be detected.

Screw the unit up to the end stop.
u
Unscrew the unit half a turn (~ 0.5
mm) to avoid mechanical damage.
u
Tighten the fixing nuts with < 15
Nm.
