INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

4. INSTALLATION AND POSITIONING OF YOUR APPLIANCE

4.1 Installation of your Appliance

Carefully unpack your appliance, taking care not to damage the surfaces
of the heater. Care should be taken when lifting the appliance. Obtain
assistance if required and always follow safe manual handling techniques.

   Important:

The installation of this wall heater can require a reasonable level
of 'Do It Yourself' skills.

If any doubts exist on the installation of this appliance please
contact a qualified person.

The positioning of the heater should ideally be fitted onto a flat
wall of block/brick construction or an internal wooden frame
plasterboard wall.

The fittings provided are for use on BRICK WALLS ONLY

Ensure that curtains and furniture are not positioned close to the
chosen position, as this would create a potential fire hazard or
block the heater outlet ducts.

    Warning

The appliance heating feature supplies heat from an outlet situated on
the top of the appliance. The vent needs space to circulate the heat
around the room. With this is mind, DO NOT place the appliance closer
than 40cm from the ceiling.

Connecting current:

Check whether the 'group' can accommodate the additional load of
1000W or 2000W

Connect the appliance to an earthed socket

Do not clamp the electrical lead

4.2 Wall Mounting

If you wish to install your appliance on any other wall type than brick,
please ensure suitable fixings are used.
