Installing The Battery
1.
Lower battery as shown in (a) into rear portion of battery compartment
first.

Push down firmly the front end of battery until it is seated securely in
the battery compartment – see (b).

While pushing the front edge of battery firmly into the battery
compartment, turn the key 180
◦
clockwise until lock is engaged as
shown in (c).

Removing The Battery -
To remove the battery, reverse the process shown
above.
You must place both hands underneath the front edge of the
battery, beneath the frame and push up from the front only. After you
do this, remove the battery by lifting with the handle.
