2.8.2 Operating Temperature and Temperature Control

The maximum and minimum operating temperatures for the WSB-Q354 are listed below.

Minimum Operating Temperature: 0ºC (32°F)

Maximum Operating Temperature: 60°C (140°F)

A cooling fan and heat sink must be installed on the CPU. Thermal paste must be

smeared on the lower side of the heat sink before it is mounted on the CPU. Heat sinks

are also mounted on the Northbridge and Southbridge chipsets to ensure the operating

temperature of these chips remain low.

2.8.3 Power Consumption

shows the power consumption parameters for the WSB-Q354 running 3D

Mark® 2001 SE with a 3.0 GHz E8500 Intel® Core™2 Duo processor with four 2.0 GB

800MHz DDR2 DIMMs.
