C000, 16k Shadow

The selections for this option are as below:

-

Enabled:

The contents of the video ROM area from C0000h -

C3FFFh are copied (shadowed) from the ROM to the RAM for

faster execution.

-

Disabled:

The contents of the video ROM are not copied to the

RAM.

-

Cached:

The contents of the video ROM area from C0000h -

C3FFFh are copied from the ROM to the RAM and can be written

to or read from the cache memory.

C400, 16k Shadow

The selections for this option are as below:

The contents of the video ROM area from C4000h -

C7FFFh are copied (shadowed) from the ROM to the RAM for

faster execution.

Disabled:

The contents of the video ROM are not copied to the

RAM.

C7FFFh are copied from the ROM to the RAM and can be written

to or read from the cache memory.

C800, 16k Shadow

These options enable shadowing of the contents of the ROM area

named in the option title. The settings are Enabled, Disabled, and

Cached. The ROM area not used by ISA adapter cards will be

allocated to PCI adapter cards.

CC00, 16k Shadow

These options enable shadowing of the contents of the ROM area

named in the option title. The settings are Enabled, Disabled, and

Cached. The ROM area not used by ISA adapter cards will be

allocated to PCI adapter cards.

D000, 16k Shadow

These options enable shadowing of the contents of the ROM area

named in the option title. The settings are Enabled, Disabled, and

Cached. The ROM area not used by ISA adapter cards will be

D400, 16k Shadow

These options enable shadowing of the contents of the ROM area
