The Build Tools for Visual Studio 2017 is the second part of the Microsoft Visual Studio

dependency. You must complete this installation.

1. Go to the

Tools for Visual Studio 2017

section of the Microsoft Visual Studio

Downloads page.

2. Click the

Download

button next to

Build tools for Visual Studio 2017

:

3. An executable file named

vs_buildtools.exe

, or similar, is saved in your

Downloads

folder.

4. Double-click the file to install

Build Tools for Visual Studio 2017

.

5. The installation opens to the

Workloads

tab. Select

Visual C++ build tools
