This section outlines the installation of peripheral devices to the on-board connectors

4.3.1

S ATA Drive Co n n e c tio n

The KINO-SE-i2 is shipped with two SATA drive cable. To connect the SATA drive to the

connector, please follow the steps below.

S te p 1:

Locate the SATA connector and the SATA power connector

. The locations of

the connectors are shown in

Chapter 3

S te p 2:

Insert the cable connector

. Insert the cable connector into the on-board SATA

drive connector and the SATA power connector. See

Figure 4-2

S te p 3:

Connect the cable to the SATA disk

. Connect the connector on the other end

of the cable to the connector at the back of the SATA drive. See Figure 4-2.

S te p 4:

To remove the SATA cable from the SATA connector, press the clip on the

connector at the end of the cable.
