4.2.  Decoding Start and Stop   

To decode the encoded video file, follow the procedure below: 

Step 1. 

Click Set display window to playback. 

Step 2.

  Set decoding parameters on the configuration dialog. 

Step 3.

 Click    in the toolbar then select the encoded video file to be decoded.   

 

To stop decoding, click 

 in the toolbars
