Power is provided in S3/S4 sleep
state (default)

USB Power SW1

USB Power SW2
BIOS options to configure
whether to provide power to the corresponding USB connector(s) when the
system is in S3/S4 sleep state. This option is valid only when the above
Power
Saving Function (ERP)
BIOS option is disabled.
