Troubleshooting

1 The device dose not communicate with PC.

1.1 Please check wiring.

In the case of RS232 communication

In the case of RS422 communication

1.2 Please check if the communication address is good.

Check communication address setting of software and the device.

1.3 Please check if the communication port setting is good.

1.4 Please check if the termination resistor is connected.

1.5 Please check if the device is grounded well.

2 When turning on the device, Date / Time is not displayed on the LCD and special charact

ers are displayed.

2.1 This may happen when the device is not initialized. Please initialize the device.

3 When configuring the device using MASTER ID, suddenly the device goes back to the no

rmal mode.

3.1 If you do not input anything for 60 seconds in setting mode, the device goes back to t
