USE
The Seven D WC is economical and ecologically friendly. It can be flushed in two ways. The standard flush uses approximately 4
litres and the economy flush roughly 2.5 litres of water. The 4-litre flush has been approved for use in private homes. In sanitary
facilities at public institutions, the standard flush must be adjusted to 6 litres.
The Seven D WC toilet has been adjusted at the factory to the 4 and 2.5 litre flushes.

Adjusting the amount of flush water
Close the water inlet valve. Remove the push button and cistern cover as shown in pictures 1-6.
Fasten the cistern cover and push button in reverse order.
NOTE! Do not tighten the blue bolt in picture 3 too much, only to keep the push button frame in place. If tightened too much the
valve might leak.
Before adjusting the flush water amount, remove the push button and cistern lid as shown in pictures 1-6.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CARE OF SANITARY PORCELAIN AND PORCELAIN WITH SIFLON COATING
What is sanitary porcelain?
IDO has manufactured porcelain for more than a century. Production takes both the customer and the environment into
consideration. Sanitary porcelain is made of natural raw materials: clay, kaolin, feldspar and quartz. Products are fired at a
temperature of over 1,200 °C, resulting in compact porcelain covered with a glossy and hygienic surface.

What not to use on Siflon?
Replacing the toilet tank tablet
Brush the WC bowl regularly lightly with a soft WC brush. No detergents are needed for cleansing the bowl surface.
Do not apply strong alkaline detergents with a pH over 10 to disinfect surfaces. Spread detergent over the surface, under the
flushing rim and into the water trap, and wait a few minutes to let it take effect. Brush the surface lightly before the detergent
dries and then flush the bowl. If traces of the detergent remain on the surface, then you should wet it, brush off the remainder
and flush the bowl once more to remove all traces of detergent. Clean the outer surface of the bowl using soft cleaning pads and
mild detergents.
Do not clean a Siflon-treated WC bowl with detergents that have a pH over 10 (strongly alkaline) or use substances containing
lye, hypochlorides (chlorine-based detergents) or lye-based agents intended for opening clogged drainpipes. These substances
also burden the environment considerably.
Do not pour strong chemicals, solvents or other toxic substances or paints into the WC bowl because these may damage the
Siflon coating and harm the environment.
Do not attempt to clean the Siflon coating using a scouring cloth with abrasive components or with detergents containing, for
instance, talc. Use of these substances invalidates the guarantee.
Do not pour detergents or other chemicals into the water cistern because this may damage the plastic parts.
Empty and thoroughly dry the WC cistern in buildings left unheated during winter. Pour 34 dl of anti-freeze into the water trap
and then cover it with cooking oil or plastic foil to prevent evaporation.
Detergents
For cleaning the inside surfaces of a WC bowl:
WC Duck WC detergent
Domestos Ocean Fresh or Lemon Fresh WC detergent
You can use toilet tank tablets in this WC. Place the tablet in the opening below the push button as shown in pictures 27-28.
The tablet is completely dissolved when there's no colour left in the flush water. Use only original tablets with
