out_1 to out_32:Output channel

0 = All inputs, 1 to 32 = OUTPUT1 to OUTPUT32

mask_1 to mask_32 : Hot plug off mask time of each output channel

1 = OFF [Default],

2 to 15 = 2 sec. to 15 sec,

-2 = Digital output slot board or digital scan converter output slot board is not

installed.
