5.3 Tightening torques for flange mounting
• Tightening torques in accordance with the grade of bolt used; for aluminium flanges, max.
70 - 80 Nm.
–
For the correct order, see Fig. 5-1 to Fig. 5-5 .
– First pass: Tighten bolts to 60% of the maximum torque, working diagonally.
– Second pass: Tighten bolts to the full maximum torque, working diagonally.
– Third pass: Working clockwise, tighten bolts again to the full maximum torque.
