Safety system
The heating pad is equipped with a safety system. The electronic sensor technology prevents the entire surface
of the heating pad from overheating by automatically switching off in the event of a malfunction of the device. If
this happens, the temperature indicated on controller 1 will no longer be illuminated when the heating pad is
switched on.
In case of malfunction, for safety reasons, please contact your dealer.

Please check on unpacking that the set is complete and that the heating pad is in perfect condition:

The heating pad may smell plastic during the first few uses, this is normal and the smell will gradually disappear.
