Mini Portable Reader User Manual      19

The UTILITIES MENU item gives you access to a function which lets you turn the

beeper on and off.  When the beeper is on, the Mini Portable Reader emits an 

audible beep every time a tag ID code is read.

TO TURN THE BEEPER ON AND OFF:

1) At the  

display, press the  

key once.

2) To toggle the beeper between ON and OFF, press the  

key.

3) Press the 

key once to return to the 

dis-

play.

4) Press the  

key once to return to
