REMOVING THE BATTERy PROTECTION
The batteries are already inserted. Remove the plastic strips projecting out of the battery compartment
to start using the product the first time.

INSERTING OR REPLACING BATTERIES
1. Open the battery compartment.
2. Place 2 x 1.5 V batteries (AA) in the battery compartment. Ensure correct polarity.
3. Close the battery compartment.
OPERATION
Note:
If no setting is made in the setting mode for approx. 10 seconds and if the
SET
button is also
not pressed, the alarm automatically switches to clock mode and the last setting is accepted.
Setting the time
1. Press the button
SET
.
2. Press the
HOUR
button to adjust hours.
3. Press the
MIN
button to adjust the minutes.
4. Confirm the setting with the
SET
button.
Setting the alarm
1. Press the
SET
button twice.
AL
appears on the display.
2. Press the
HOUR
button to adjust the hours.
3. Press the
MIN
button to adjust the minutes.
4. Confirm the setting with the
SET
button.
5. Alarm is set.
Activating/deactivating alarm
1. Press the
SET
button thrice to activate/deactivate the set
alarm.
2. The symbols and blink.
3. Press the
MIN
button and appears permanently. The alarm is activated.
4. Press the
MIN
button and disappears. The alarm is deactivated.
5. On reaching the set alarm time, the alarm sounds for 1 minute.
Set hourly announcement
Press the
SET
button thrice; the symbols and blink.
Press the
HOUR
button to activate/deactivate the hourly announcement.
24 :
hourly announcement in the 24-hour mode
15 :
hourly announcement in the 15-hour mode i.e. the announcement is made only between 7-21 o’clock.
