Connect the power plug to a suitable power socket. The device turns itself on. The red power indicator light (3)
and the green ready indicator light (4) go on. The red power indicator light indicates that the device is in
operation. The green ready indicator light indicates that the unit heats up.

Using a ladle or spoon, spread some waffle batter evenly onto the lower heating surface. Only put enough
batter onto the lower heating surface to cover it. Putting batter on the heating surface should take place quickly
in order for the waffles to brown evenly.

10. Baking the waffles takes about 3-5 minutes. However, the baking time is dependent on the type and thickness
of the batter as well as on individual taste preferences. Open the lid in order to make sure the waffle is
browning correctly. If the waffle dough sticks on the lid, bake the waffles for another 1-2 minutes.
11. Take out the waffle or let it bake for a little longer, if necessary.
12. Remove the waffles using a plastic or wooden utensil that is heat-resistant. Do not use metal utensils as they
could result in damage to the coated surfaces.
