Dear Customer,
Thank you for purchasing an e•life electric folding bike, on which
we hope you’ll enjoy many miles of carefree cycling.
Please remember a few key points before you begin any journey:-
The battery on your bike has some charge already in it that will
allow you to try it out straight from the box, however we would
advise that you give the battery a full charge to gain the maximum
benefit from your new e•bike.
Before every trip it takes only a few minutes to check that
everything is tightened , seat clamp , handlebars, frame and pedals,
checking too that your tyres are fully inflated.
This ensures that every trip can be enjoyed to the full.
If you have any technical questions please call us 8.30 am till
5pm Monday to Friday. There is an answer machine should we
not be available or your call is out of hours, but be assured we will
return your call within 24 hours.
