interface PCB have continuity and is it un-damaged?
Is the Fuse on the main PCB OK?
Replace the user interface PCB, still no display?

Supply power to the boiler
Connect the wiring from the terminal
block to the main PCB securely
Replace the wiring from the boiler
terminal block to the Main PCB
Connect the cable from the main PCB to
the user interface PCB securely
Look for shorts on pump/diverter valve/
fan/spark generator/gas valve and replace
Replace Main PCB
Replace main PCB
Ensure the Timer and Cylinder stat are calling for heat
Open the Radiator Valves
Check zone Valve and Zone Valve Wiring
Consult Electronic Programmable Room Stat Fault Finding Instructions
There is no voltage from the Timer/Cylinder Stat. This is not a boiler fault.
ensure voltage is supplied to the boiler by correcting external wiring.
