Formatting hard drive
The IB-WF200HD is compatible with the FAT32 or NTFS file system. In order to use the IB-
WF200HD with a fresh unformatted hard drive you need to format the hard drive with FAT32 or
NTFS (recommended). To format the hard drive, connect your IB-WF200HD with the USB cable to
your PC. Please format the hard drive according to the instructions of your operation system
vendor.
Apps
In order to get access with your mobile device you have to download the ICY BOX Link App in your
App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). Now connect your mobile device via WLAN to the ICY BOX
IB-WF200HD.
The default WLAN ID is “IB-WF200HD_XXX”, where XXX is a tree digit hex code. The default WLAN
password is 12345678. Attention: Please alter this WLAN ID as soon as possible for security
reasons to a personal value (see point Change WLAN security settings on page 11).
