OPERATION
PRE-CUT CHECKLIST
• Verify proper chain tension and that the guide bar clamp nut is firmly tightened.
• Ensure the side cover and guard enclosure are properly secured and in good working
condition.
• Be sure that any obstructions (plumbing, electrical conduit, air ducts, etc.) that may interfere
with the cut are removed or avoided.
• ALWAYS wear protective clothing including; hard hat, eye protection, hearing protection,
appropriate gloves and boots, and avoid loose fitting clothing.
• ALWAYS ensure at least 20 psi (1.5 bar) water pressure is supplied to the machine.
• Do NOT exceed hydraulic flow of 25 gpm (95 lpm) at 2500 psi (172.5 bar) hydraulic pressure.
• Do NOT power on the hydraulic supply without making sure the Valve Knob is in the center
“OFF” position.
• Ensure the rail is properly secured to the work piece and that it is positioned correctly to the
cut line. (This machine uses the same cut line offset from the rail as a 360 Wall Saw.)
