Install the pulse tube onto cylinder barb.

Install protective spring onto pulse tube.

Install carburetor base screws.

A. Use Loctite

®

242 on (3) screws without

ground wire.
B. Make sure to include stop switch wire
(installed on left rear screw).
C. Torque to 35 in-lbs. (4 Nm).

Install carburetor base.

A. Slip pulse tube into and through
carburetor base.
B. Ensure bullet clip wire seats under the
carburetor bracket
C. Slip rear manifold into and through
carburetor base.
D. Make sure rear manifold lip is flat.
