Index 0x80n0:14 , then the bits in the Index 0x60n0:05 is set accordingly.
The Index 08n0:08 respectively serve to activate the limit value monitoring.
Output Limit 2 (2-bit):
0: not active
1: Value is smaller than Limit Value2
2: Value is larger than Limit Value2
3: Value is equal to Limit Value2
