Tools Required / Prerequisites:
•
Android (OS 4.4 upwards) or iOS (OS 11.0 upwards) Smartphone / Device.
•
ICG APP:
o
Download the latest ICG APP version.
o
Creating an account or login is not required.
•
WLAN is required during the whole update process.
•
Bluetooth (on by default) must be enabled, on smartphone & console, for pairing.
•
Wi-Fi enabled (on by default, TFT consoles).
•
TFT v.2.0 Bike consoles from SW v.5.2 onwards are updatable.
•
LCD Bike console refers to the IC5 2.Gen./Facelift & Ride CX consoles (with brake dial).
N.B. The older IC5 1.Gen. LCD console (bike with lever) is not updateable. Any attempt to update
consoles named IC5 Update will render the console unusable, and it must be replaced.
Select the appropriate ‘console & training equipment’ instructions from the choices below:
TFT console update (Bike and Rower):
These instructions refer only to Bikes IC6, IC7, IC8 and the TFT Heat Performance Rower.
•
Power up the TFT console by pedaling / rowing – stay in the training screen.
•
Open the ICG APP to reveal the HOME screen. Fig.1
•
Select Settings/Profile (Fig 1.) Support (Fig 2.) Console Update (Fig 3.)
•
In Fig 4. Select ‘YES’.
