19. Disassemble dasher assay first from dasher bearing
and then from mixing shaft, then clean the assay.

20. Clean the piston assembly hole of the dasher cover
with a brush and soft cloth.

21. After cleaning off all parts, dry them and reassemble them in the reverse order.
(Apply food grade grease on the shaft as shown below.)

Cleaning method

18. Take out the piston of the dasher cover and clean
the edge of the piston with a soft towel.
