Selecting the Edit menu from Data Memory produces two menu items: Fill and Clear All.

Fill
The Fill Dialog Box has entry fields for Start Address, End Address, and String Filled.

Clear All
The Clear All menu item provides the option of filling Data Memory with the FF (hex) value.
