if you experience any difficulties with your
scale, please ensure the following:
1. Double check that the batteries are correctly
inserted according to their +/– polarity.
2. Ensure the scale is on a flat, level floor and
not touching a wall or other object.
3. If the Low Battery Indicator appears on the
screen (Lo), replace battery with 1 x 3-Volt
CR2032 Lithium Battery.
