From menu to SYSTEM INFORMATION, move cursor to RESTART and click confirm button. This

reboot will not modify all activated setup (such as preset, tour and pattern)

3.5.3 Can not use coaxial cable to control the speed dome

From DVR main menu->setting->PTZ, check the control mode (HD AVS) and the protocol (DH-SD1).

Click Save button to exit.
